When you’ve already achieved some degree of professional success, and want to take your expertise and therefore your business to a completely new level, it’s sometimes difficult to find the time, the motivation, or THE idea that makes it work.

Navigating business development when it means personal change.

Quantum Growth Executive Coaching programs are created by individual negotiation. Most clients work partially by phone and partially in person. Programs are designed according to the needs of the client. Depending on where you are now, we may first choose to go through the material of the Claim Your Niche workshop to articulate your position while simultaneously beginning the didactic part of the Foundations of Business Growth program – systematizing your marketing lead generation and sales conversion. Once we lay the groundwork, the area we delve into next varies greatly depending on the needs of the client and what is your dream.  If you already have a lot of the parts of a marketing engine in place, we will first agree on a plan and then implement it to achieve the result you would like.

We typically negotiate programs in 5-7 month time periods.  We will start with a 2-3 1/2 hour session in which we will do a needs assessment, begin articulating your roadmap and set the objectives for your program.  Once we have established a set of goals and a time period, we set about achieving results.

Our programs often include a mindset optimization portion (individual breakthrough sessions). In our experience it is very rare that a person only needs the information of what to do.  Most often they also need to work on the “ecology” of the change.  That is to say on what else in your environment or inside yourself will have to change when you achieve that thing you want.  We presuppose that no-one is broken, lazy, or stupid and if you are not doing something you would like there is a reason.

Fees depend on the value of what we are achieving. They range from $750/month to $1,000/month, unless we are doing the work for you, or travelling to your place of business – in which case the fees will be significantly more expensive and we will arrange to do a one (or more) day Needs Assessment specifically for your business followed by a quotation and presentation.
