About the Facilitators:

Janet Schieferdecker: Janet is a trainer, coach, and consultant. She holds an MBA from London Business School and has worked in many different management roles for different sized companies all over the world. Janet heads Quantum Growth, a business and personal development training company, and works on the training staff at NLP Marin. Janet specializes in working with self-employed professionals on the “inner game” of becoming a recognized expert, attracting more and better clients, and owning a business that runs like a well-tuned engine.

Amy Conger: Amy is an artist, teacher, and changemaker. She combines techniques from transformative arts, neuro-linguistic programming, and family constellations into a unique blend that is sure to shift your present reality. She brings years of experience as a facilitator, counselor, artist, & creative professional to the workshop. Her compassion and sense of fun can be experienced one-on-one in creativity counseling and in group workshops.
